Group 55 Technology Consulting Reps ASK Video in North America
Ontario, Canada (MuseWire) – ASK Video Interactive Media, a leading creator of software tutorials on DVD, has added Neil Ziesing and Andrew Harris of Group 55 Technology Consulting as sales representatives for the North American market. A Founding Partner of Group 55 Technology Consulting, LLC., Zeising got his start in the industry as a sales rep for Opcode Systems as a Regional Sales Manager and International Sales Manager, after which he went on to become the Business Development Manager for Rocket Network and as VP of Business Development and Sales for Sputnik7 / Palm Entertainment. Upon leaving Sputnik7 / Palm Entertainment, Neil worked with Peter Hoddie (Lead engineer for Apple’s Quicktime development team) at Generic Media, a pioneer in delivering digital video content to handhelds.
In 2002, Neil founded Group 55 Technology Consulting, LLC to focus on Business Development, Sales and Marketing consulting for the audio and video industries. His client list includes Mackie, Kind of Loud, Mindprint, Celemony, Universal Audio, Fano Guitars, Sonic Emulations, Toft, Trident, Studio Projects, Joe Meek and Michael Soldano.
Andrew Harris, a partner of Group 55, is an audio/music industry veteran who in 1993 managed Digidesign’s business in Los Angeles, where he was influential in gaining recognition and acceptance of Pro Tools within the Hollywood Post Production community. This laid the groundwork for the company’s Oscar for Technical Merit in 2003. In 1997, he became the North East Regional Sales Manager for Digidesign, covering New England, the Mid-Atlantic United-States and Eastern Canada. He has worked with a wide variety of Music and Pro Audio Dealers as well as artists, producers and post facilities. Andrew has experience in all aspects of recording, editing, mixing and mastering in both the analog and digital realms. Andrew is also a guitar player, who has performed in many venues throughout the North East.
