It was the phrase ‘word nerd’ that brought me here, I promise. I tend to shy away from anything online that has sex in the preamble lest I be a) observed; b) corrupted (although, at my age and having worked in the music business, it’s probably a bit late for that); or, c) targeted by one of those devious viruses just looking for a way in.

Anyway, how glad I am that I turned up. Brilliant stuff – can’t wait to read more.

Funny! I never thought of an author holding back until the third date…but maybe (I’ll get back to you after chapter 3) it’ll be worth it. I have a niece that was born on the 4th of July, and she still thinks the celebration is for her (she’s now 22), so I can truly visualize your excitement at owning Thanksgiving!

Nice read, can’t wait for the next chapter!

How long have I known you and never knew you were born on Thanksgiving Day? Scott, this is a fun, clever, and witty read and in spite of having an extraordinarily busy life…I’m hooked. Bring on chapter 2!
